[Feature request] Build Event administration frontend

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The application should enable everyone in our community to create new events and see existing and previous events. We need frontend pages to support this.

Describe the solution you'd like
We need a frontend template for the endpoint commasto.campus-community.org/events/{id}. The page must display at least:

• Title
• Date
• Description
• Organizers
• Location

The input form to create a new event must capture following information:

• Title
• Date
• Description
• Organizers (with the user creating the event already prefilled)
• Location
• Toggle: Online Meeting?
• Optional: Participant limit

Additional context
From a styling perspective, components from other lists and inputs (e.g. user) should be reused for this.
