Cannot import sample data - "Higher Education Accelerator" #36

Describe the bug
I'm having trouble trying to import the sample data from "Higher Education Accelerator" module provided in this repository. the PackageDeployer gives the following error: "Unable to parse timestamp '10/16/2018 2:00:33 PM' in data. Invalid format."

To Reproduce
Same steps discribed in the manual: Installing Sample Data for the Dynamics 365 Higher Education Accelerator_1_0_0_6.docx

Expected behavior
Dynamics 365 - Higher Education Accelerator records imported

Thank you for the feedback. Can you please provide a bit more details on how you installed the accelerator itself and just a validation that its all good. Did you install from AppSource or from GIT? I will open a bug on our side internally.

Hello, I installed the solution via AppSource.

After all, I managed to resolve my issue deleting the timestamp code from:
Dynamics-365-Industry-Accelerators > edu > accelerator > EducationAccelerator.DataPackage_1_0_0_6.zip > PkgFolder > DefaultData.zip > data.xml in the first line.

I checked my organization and the date is cofigured in the same format as the timestamp, However my notebook format is set in day/mounth/year 24:00:00. I didn't dig in but I think that was the problem.

changing you Windows Region format to 'English (United States)' and run the 'PackageDeployer.exe' again.
