Recently, several users of version 1.2 of IA encountered a forbidden issue when attempting to process files other than PDFs. The unstructured package version (0.15.13) used by IA version 1.2 to parse non-PDF files was identified as the cause. Upgrading to the latest version (0.16.17) appears to resolve this issue.
The forbidden logs look like the following
A PR was created for this upgrade, and the changes have been merged into the main branch. Therefore, moving forward, we should use the main branch for any Information Assistant deployments.
