How do I work with connection references and environment vars in GitHub Action?

Hi,

I'm currently exploring the possibility of using GitHub instead of Azure DevOps.

One of the things that I'm struggling with is to update connection references in target environments after solution import, which means that I need to update these manually.

How would I go about this to avoid the manual steps?
