Signing in from tutorial returns you to homepage (this is a bigger issue for younger students) #6542

Describe the bug
When logging in from tutorial, Arcade drops you onto arcade.makecode.com once process is finished.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go aka.ms/lyla
Click on "Sign In"
Sign into your account
See that you're dropped back onto the main homepage

Expected behavior
Users should be returned to whatever page they were on when the process was initiated
