tsconfig.json or tspconfig.json?

Hey there,
I have multiple projects inside a mono repo that all want to share the same configurations and modules. This is my current layout

│   │   ├── main.tsp
│   │   └── openapi.yml
│   └── tspconfig.json  <---- one config to rule them all
└── typespect/
    ├── node_modules
    └── project.json

I was trying to see if I can use a tsconfig.json or tspconfig.json to be able to redefine the alias import however it's not worked. Is this supported in any manor?
