"Run Python File" does not process launch.json #22400

As the title says, launch.json seems to be ignored when clicking "Run Python File".
The launch.json is properly read for "Debug Python File"

Since parameters for the program are defined there this means that the program will fail (or give the wrong result).

Current workaround is to toggle off all breakpoints then run in debug...
