We are encountering an issue while trying to update our extension "Design Automation for Inventor". The update is being blocked due to a mismatch in the extension type. We have added new features to the extension, including a wizard window that makes common changes to the project such as defining user credentials. As a result, the extension now requires be categorized as "Tools" instead of "Templates".

Error Message:
Unable to Change Extension Category from "Templates" to "Tools" for "Design Automation for Inventor"

Reason:
The update to the extension includes a new wizard window that makes common changes to the project, which necessitates changing the category from "Templates" to "Tools".

Steps to Reproduce:
Attempt to publish an update to the "Design Automation for Inventor" extension with the new features.
Observe the error message blocking the update due to mismatch in extension type when clicking Save & Upload button.

Additional Concern: If changing the extension type is not allowed due to potential security concerns or because it may "fool" the user by changing the nature of the extension, please provide clarification on this policy. Understanding the reason behind this restriction will help us better align our extension updates with the guidelines.
