In MacOS we can easily setup android environments but in Windows we cannot similar than

brew tap homebrew/cask-versions
brew install --cask temurin8
brew install --cask android-sdk
brew install maven
sdkmanager --licenses

I think it is necessary adding this for development android on Windows (and specially for Windows based CI)
