Excluded chapters not being removed on the chapter list

Steps to reproduce

1. Have an entry that has a chapter that has been removed from the manga on a site
2. update the entry

Expected behavior

The chapter that isn't present anymore in the website should also not be present on the entry on Mihon

Actual behavior

The chapter is still present
