Tasks created in google are added to BORG repeatedly

Tasks created in google are added to BORG, but the task in google is NOT then updated with the BORG UID. Subsequent syncs keep adding the Task to BORG repeatedly as if it were new.

Broken in v1.10.05 when BORG was changed to not refresh the UI to reflect db updates during the sync - to prevent a UI error and lots of extra UI updates. The UI should still not be refreshed during the sync, but the sync log, which keeps track of BORG DB changes to be synced should be updated during the sync.
