Bugfix reports. Does weekly reported data align with followed up data. If not, why? 1 day - September.

Should be fixed now. Never use moment's "week", always use "isoweek" and when you are doing it, years are "GGGG" not "YYYY". Waiting for confirmation of bugfix from Humphrey.
