currently if i download and if he has this name ヨシラギ it shows as ysrgrandolph, is their any way so i can use japanese ,chinese name in files

gallery-dl uses account names ({user[account]}) by default, since they usually don't change over time. You can get the japanese/chinese names from the display name ({user[name]}), but they can and will be changed quite frequently.
