Cannot find configuration files on Windows

I'm using the standalone executable, and there are no gallery-DL folders under my username. The only thing I can find is under Appdata, which has a gallery-dl folder which contains cache.sqlite3 (and no config.json). There's nothing directly under %USERPROFILE%.

Any ideas where I can find/edit the config files on Windows?

Since you found the cache, you know where to create the config file, as it ain't auto-created.

Sorry, yes, I didn't realize I needed to mark it as complete.

And...I don't know how to mark this as answered. I'm not sure if this is something I'm expected to do as the person who started the conversation or if the repository owner handles it, but I can't find the option even after some searching for it.
