camera teleport bug

Describe the bug
when I look fully at the ground, and then move 1 pixel up, the camera goes fully up. I play Bedwars professionally, so it's very difficult to play like this. imagine me walking on a bridge in Bedwars looking down, I move a little up and it goes fully up making me look at the sky

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the game
2. Click on any server/world
3. See error
