Feature request: scrollable tabs when there are more then 6 tabs (phone version)

Now that we can have more than 6 tabs but the screen can still only contain 6 tabs. So:

1. Make the tabs row scrollable so one can fast reach far right tabs.
2. When swipe to 6th+ panel, tab row scrolls together with it to show the tab which it is at.
3. User ID on the Toolbar changes as account from a panel changes.
4. Color-code tabs based on accounts would help users to distinguish same kind of tabs from different accounts.
