First thank you for developing and maintaining this awesome Twitter client on webOS.

Allowing people using third party custom Twitter APIs such as twip (https://github.com/twip/twip) will offer great convenience to people in the areas with censored Internet access. Also, override SSL errors can enable people using self-signed certficates to encrypt connections between the proxy and Twitter client, thus further reducing the risk of being detected by the Internet censorship.

The phnx was already supported the twip api , also the Macaw.
But the SSL Encryption is still a problem, such as the "https://pbs.twimg.com/media/" images preview
