[FEATURE REQ] Remove BExplorer Put Mempool #4

What & why

I suggest remove BExplorer, and Replace by Mempool.

I can tell you with own experience. BExplorer explode with raspberry resources. With Mempool its so better, almost no resource consumption (CPU&RAM).
