Periodic cleanup of tile cache?

We may want to cleanup if the cached files, fetched for verifying the transparency log, periodically. Have to be careful about which tiles won't be needed anymore. E.g. old subtrees, or superseded partial tiles.

We can start caring about it when the cache becomes big.
