Cyrillic unfortunately does not work. When replacing the DialogueMoreNPCInfo_english.txt file with DialogueMoreNPCInfo_russian.txt, everything is generally bad. Here is the translation into Russian:

DialogueMoreNPCInfo_russian.txt

Maybe the screenshots will help to understand the essence of the problem.
This is with the standard DialogueMoreNPCInfo_russian.txt

This is if you replace the contents of DialogueMoreNPCInfo_english.txt with a Russian translation

OK, I will take a look later. Just need to check how I tested Cyrillic for other mods. One time I had an Issue with the Cyrillic K, on a mod, not sure why. Replaced it with Latin K and it worked.
