Change of the upper limit when applying change of variable rules (Equation 6.141) #772

Describe the mistake
There should be a change of limits for the definite integral when applying change of variable rules in Equation 6.141.

Proposed solution
Substitute the upper limit from U^-1(y) to y

Also, the lower limit should change from a to U(a). Perhaps changing the integration variable from y to something else (to separate it from the upper limit y) and adding more explanation after eq 6.141 would be helpful especially to novice readers.
