Big formatting diff incoming

As a part of our un-monorepoization milestone, we anticipate a large formatting diff in the repo.

Once we finish migrating mst-middlewares to its own project, we will:

1. Remove packages/mst-middlewares
2. Merge and close as many active PRs as we can before the changes
3. Ship a new version from the current structure
4. Create a PR that removes our Lerna configuration, and lifts up the main package to a higher level.

That last step is very likely to come with a big diff, which will make incoming PRs a little annoying to rebase into the master branch.

This discussion post is a landing spot for the community to post any questions, concerns, or suggestions for that endeavor. If you're planning on doing a big PR for MST, you may want to hold off until this work is completed (probably early October). Or keep an eye out for merge conflicts.
