Please avoid spamming the Issues for this repo with "Test Issue"s

Not sure if this belongs as a little notice in the README, I guess it depends on if people keep doing it... but it seems to me that people are using the current repository to test the server-github MCP tools like create_issue by opening blank issues with titles like "Test Issue from Claude Dekstop." OK, no big deal, but please come in and clean up after yourself if you are doing this. 🙏 Thanks!
