I am using 1.9.2, and I can't find it, when I use it my snippet I don't get any results.

SimpleSearch 1.9.1

Fixed indexing resource when it's not published or deleted
Fixed error with redeclared function in plugin
Added includeTVList parameter

It looks like it is supposed to go
&includeTVs=1 &includeTVlist=tv1,tv2,tv3,etc``
