Settlement Balance Amount Issue [the settlement balance amount from participant page was a little higher than the actual amount.]

Issue Found

The settlement balance amount from the "PStestMfi" participant was 27 MXN higher than the actual amount.

But the system showed the correct amount in DFSP Settlement Statement Report.
Note: This issue did not happen for all participants. I found only in "PStestMfi" participant and it occurs for both EUR and MXN currency.

Scenario

• Deposit 111 MXN to PStestMfi
• Withdraw 112 MXN to PStestMfi
• Transfer 11 MXN to PStestMfi and settle

Initial amount

After a 111 MXN deposit to that account

After a 112 MXN withdrawal to that account

Around 10 minutes later, the settlement balance amount increased 1,021,157 from 1,021,130 without any transactions, fund movement and settlement.

And then, 11 MXN were received and settled,

But, in report, the system displays the correct amount.
[1,021,130 MXN before 11 MXN were received and 1,021,141 MXN after 11 MXN were settled]

When I calculated the total balance amount from fund movement record, I got 1,021,141 MXN.
