Description:
Due to recent changes in the object location for ILP packet and condition properties, some attributes related to the ILP packet have disappeared from the Quote Detail and Transfer Detail pages. This ticket is to update the UI to ensure these attributes are correctly displayed.

Tasks:

1. Identify the affected UI components on the Quote Detail and Transfer Detail pages.
2. Update the data binding logic to reflect the new object locations for ILP packet and condition properties.
3. Test the updated UI to ensure that all ILP packet-related attributes are displayed correctly.
4. Ensure compatibility with existing functionalities and data structures.
