I use it for League of Legends and I was wondering if there is a way to appear offline only to certain friends? If not, there should be.

There is not any way to do that and it is impossible.

Just for putting it clearly it's like trying to send a message in a group chat that only certain people can see.

If not, there should be.
And by the way don't be so entitled when making feature requests, maintainers and developers are persons too you know.
