Deceive encountered an error and couldn't properly initialize itself

Hi,
few days ago I opened Deceive and this is what I saw. I checked and it happens with both, LoL and Valorant and with older versions of Deceive as well. After this screen, deceive closes and the game doesn't open. Games work fine without deceive tho. I don't remember doing anything what could make it happen. Do you have any ideas how to solve it?
Btw. words: "access denied" and "The end of the stack trace from the previous location where the exception occurred" are translated by myself from my native languages and pasted in paint :)
