Add subProperty synonymType declarations

Overview

We have several annotation property declarations and they are actually sub-properties of oio:synonymType, but we haven't made those declarations yet.

I think that this would just be the addition of 1 triple per such annotation prop.

FYI this doesn't fix any current bugs; it would just be a failsafe for potential future issues. For example, if omim.owl is read using pronto>=2.5.7, it will error without these declarations. This was an issue in mondo-ingest for a short time, but these declarations are handled in that repository separately.
