Create gtk-sharp 2.12 bindings and compare to the existing bindings created with the old generator (https://github.com/mono/gtk-sharp/tree/gtk-sharp-2-12-branch) which uses gapi2.

Make sure that all existing applications work with the new gir-sharp bindings. Namely, monodevelop and friends.
