But according to ffsubsync devs (smacke/ffsubsync#134)

It looks like ffsubsync has determined that the subtitles are already synced. If you use the pre-synced subtitles, does it look OK?

I'm not sure why Bazarr indicates that an error occurred -- perhaps it's checking that ffsubsync has a nonzero shift, but if the subtitles are already synced, then a zero shift should be acceptable. If it looks like the subtitles are already synced, I'd recommend filing an issue against Bazarr.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start sync of subtitle (automatic or manual)
  2. Wait a bit
  3. See error

Expected behavior
Subtiles seem to be already in sync, so it should return the process has completed succesfully.

Software (please complete the following information):

  • Bazarr: 0.9.9
  • Radarr version 3.2.2.5080
  • Sonarr version 3.0.6.1265
  • OS: unraid (docker/hotio)

Could you tell be which scoring you are using

Is this the score you meant?

This error is thrown when this part of code return False: `if os.path.isfile(self.srtout):``

The operating system says that the file outputted by ffsubsync doesn't exist on disk. Any sort of rclone or anything else that could be moving the synced.srt file as soon as it's written to disk?

Negative, it's plain unraid with no cache drive or anything special.

And you can reproduce the issue over and over again with this subtitles?

Hmmm very strange, I was able to reproduce it every time yesterday for multiple movies (and even this morning)

But now it seems to go fine?

(101 dalmatians)

I haven't changed anything else than enabling/disabling debug logging. So I'm not sure what the cause is/was.

For me this issue can be closed, unfortunately without good root cause
