Feature black list filter

Hi Davit & friends,
you have a filter which files to select.
I would appreciate also a black list filter for i.e. ".exe" files.

There could be an error message thrown and the upload is not startable or the file(s) is/are just not put into the filelist ..

If you define what files to select and omit .exe from the list, user generally won't be able to to select those. How this is not the same feature that you request?
