[Accessibility] Some words on the "No Internet" error page are split across two or three lines on the iPad Mini #23915

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Turn dynamic text on the largest scale.
  2. Open a website on iPad Mini in portrait mode.
  3. Turn off the Wi-Fi connection and then reload the page.
  4. Observe the behavior.

Actual results

Some words on the "No Internet" error page are split across two or three lines on the iPad Mini

Expected results

All labels on the "No Internet" error page are written on a single line, ensuring proper alignment and readability.
