Share a PDF file - Copy URL - "File Copied to Clipboard" - toast message is not displayed #23938

Steps to reproduce:

Navigate to an online PDF file in the browser.
Tap the Share button in the menu.
Select the Copy option.

Expected behavior:

“File Copied to Clipboard" - toast message is displayed

Actual behavior:

No message is displayed

Notes:

Please note that the same issue reproduces if the user copies a weblink while in reader view
