Feature request: Create a extension category called Productivity

NOTE: The original feature request came from a Discourse post.

Story: As a developer, I want AMO to introduce a new Productivity category so that users will be more likely to find my extension.

Currently, the list of categories that I can select from is:

• Alerts & Updates
• Appearance
• Bookmarks
• Download Management
• Feeds, News & Blogging
• Games & Entertainment
• Language Support
• Photos, Music & Videos
• Privacy & Security
• Search Tools
• Shopping
• Social & Communication
• Tabs
• Web Development
• My add-on doesn't fit into any of the categories

None of these options are a good fit for tools like to-do lists, calendar managers, time/task trackers, PDF editors, dictionaries (not lang packs or spell checkers), bibliography/citation tools, text to speech, speech to text, and a number of others.

1. Developers can select "Productivity" from the list of categories during the initial submission flow.
2. Developers can select "Productivity" from the list of categories on the "Edit Product Page" UI for an existing extension.

That name sounds a little vague. Most add-ons can could be classified as productivity add-ons, and it would be an umbrella term for some of the existing categories.
What use case do you have in mind? Can we come up with a more concrete category name for that?
