It's basically a matter of using the stuff from https://github.com/mozilla-platform-ops/monopacker/tree/main/scripts/ubuntu-cuda in https://github.com/taskcluster/community-tc-config/blob/main/imagesets/generic-worker-ubuntu-22-04/bootstrap.sh.

I opened taskcluster/community-tc-config#712 and taskcluster/community-tc-config#713.

Instead of changing community-tc-config, we could migrate bugbug to firefox-ci and then re-use the GPU workers defined for translations.
