A Harwell line for Grik2 is incorrectly associated with an QC failed ES cell assignment status

see GenTaR project TPN:000016404

This problem was imported from iMits

Will requires some manipulation of the database to sort out

Two projects seem to have been conflated

A similar issue possibly exists in

TPN:000011485, TPN:000012054, TPN:000013624
