Add new OSC layout for a simple seekbar interface

MPV offers a couple of different OSC layouts within its osc.lua file.
I noticed that MPV does not provide any very simple basic style OSCs by default.
I am suggesting that maybe a new simple "bottombar" style layout can be added that just consists of a couple of elements already included in the default OSC. It would just display the timecodes & seekbar on top of black background rectangle with its height just slightly taller then the seekbar itself.
It would basically look like the following
00:00:00 |===============SEEKBAR===============| 00:00:00
it would be the width of the window where the timecodes are at the windows edges on left & right.
Again all of these elements are just right from the default OSC provided by default, no new items would have to be created.

I was wondering if any of the developers/other users would be interested in adding this to new version of MPV?
