adaptations from cochlea - bug

Hello,
I was wandering what was the output format of cochlea.run_zilany2014. Indeed, when running cochlea3.run_zilany2014, the result does not seem to be compatible with thorns functions and I wonder whether this could be a minor change allowing to debug.

Hi, Sorry but cochlea3 is still WIP and the output format will most likely change. BTW, it's the reason I've renamed the package from cochlea to cochlea3 -- so I can introduce breaking changes without breaking code that people wrote using the original cochlea package. As the result, cochlea3 will not be compatible with throns package. Best, Marek
