PortMidi doesn't go well with M1 Macs.

I've stumbled across this error

src/portmidi_shared.c:1:10: fatal error: 'portmidi.h' file not found
#include <portmidi.h>

the solution:

export LDFLAGS="-I/opt/homebrew/include -lportmidi -L/opt/homebrew/lib"
