Summary

The aim of the issue is to get the Co-Simulation Framework working on the CSCS's systems,
which might require code fixing and configuration files definitions.

The outcome will be a set of XML files which represent the Co-Simulation of the TVB-NEST Use-Case.

• Defining the Integration-Test XML file for HPC infrastructure
• Fixing the code issues found by running the Integration-Test
• Defining the Use-Case XML file for HPC infrastructure
• Developing the Use-Case script by using the Co-Simulation Framework interfaces/wrappers
• Fixing the code issues found by running the Use-Case
• Use-case outcomes validations
• Testing Vertical escalation
• Testing horizontal escalation

Requirements

The TVB-NEST use case must be already working properly on "local" systems (VMs) before porting/testing the the Co-Simulation Framework into HPC systems

Acceptance criteria

• Co-Simulation Framework Integration-Tests working on the CSCS's HPC infrastructure.
• The selected use-cases working on the CSCS's HPC infrastructure
