Thank you for your very kind advice David Richardson Sent from my iPhoneOn 16 Feb 2025, at 16:43, Jester Lumacad ***@***.***> wrote:
If you go to ~/dotfiles/.config/waybar/themes you should be able to see a list of directories there of all the themes available... if you cd into the theme you are using... in my case cd ml4w-modern you should be able to see a style.css there. You can add a font there in the font family (better if the font is installed on your system).
I am not sure about this but the order of the font could play a part in what loads first. So if you want to make sure that your custom font is loaded, then add it to the list first.

Is there an easy way please to change the font on Stephan’s Waybar in his dotfiles? I have adjusted the clock to my own preference, which includes seconds. I added “interval” : 1, to the config file but now the display jumps slightly when showing different digits, due to the differing character width. Wondering whether a monospaced font such as jetbrains mono nerd font would keep the clock display from “jumping”? Thanks for your time.
