Dark - notification way to often

Myst dark - notification for vpn V2.0 pops up way to often, maybe put a flag on first run so it only opens once when you connect to the first end node after the dark version is opened.

It gets very annoying.

Also where is the dark versions repo? Can you link it so I can make issue reports direct to that report please.
