As discussed in mzechmeister/viper#39 (comment), it might be nice to a have options skip_header and delimiter to handle csv files. np.genfromtxt, called in

GLS/python/gls.py

Line 178 in 9720908

lc = np.genfromtxt(lc, unpack=True)[0:3]

uses these argument names (skiprows in np.loadtxt).

The javascript version already allows this.
