Suggestion for new format

Thank you for making this useful list. Since it's quite long, I have a few suggestions to increase readability. These include:

• Splitting it up into more specific categories (perhaps with collapsible sections)
• Arranging the data in tabular form

Here is an example:

Neural network libraries

repo	stars	open issues	last commit	description
flax
haiku
equinox

Reinforcement learning environments

repo	stars	open issues	last commit	description
brax
gymnax
jumanji
pgx

etc.

These markdown tables could be generated programmatically, if necessary.
