[QUESTION]: event sensor not working with node red version 3.1.9?

If I try to add the plugin to the node-red version 3.1.9, it shows successfully added, but after deploying an error message is shown that the nodes are unknown. If I reload the page, the nodes are not shown in the left menu anymore. Additionally in the palette manager it says ENOENT next to the nodes.

Anything I can do there?
