@nalexandru I would also like to thank you for this dll file. I was able to run the Let's Encrypt Certbot client https://github.com/certbot/certbot/releases/tag/v1.20.0 which uses Python 3.9, requiring this dll on Windows 7 x64.
So I copied the x86 version 0.3.1 of the dll to C:\Program Files (x86)\Certbot\bin\api-ms-win-core-path-l1-1-0.dll - everything works correctly!

Hello,
I'm still on Windows 7 and I downloaded Blender 2.93 portable today without knowing it doesn't work on Windows 7. Initially Blender didn't start with the error message that "api-ms-win-core-path-|1-1-0.dll is missing". So I searched and found your dll-hack. OMG, this really made the Blender 2.93 work properly on my Windows 7 when I placed your dll in the portable Blender's root folder.
Thank you for sharing your effort and knowledge for free.
You are wonderful! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

@nalexandru The dll is still working great for Python 3.10 on Windows 7. I've managed to successfully run the latest Let's Encrypt Certbot client 1.22, which seems to be using Python 3.10 instead of 3.9 https://github.com/certbot/certbot/releases/tag/v1.22.0

This is incredibly helpful! If you copy this DLL to C:\Windows\System32, it also lets you use Talon Voice on a Windows 7 machine.
