  • Legal protection for core guild members vs trad states, covered by treasury
  • Proposals must adhere to technical spec
  • Detail how Citizens should notify of a Material Adverse Exception Event
  • Ecology. CO2 neutral when possible or employing part of revenues to buy carbon credits
  • A Citizen who uses physical or digital force against another Person or organization, regardless of citizenship or affiliation, will be deemed justified and held faultless if such force was used to defend their person, property or data (or another Person), their property or data) and such force was proportionate to the threat presented.
  • Include Reasonable Person in legal basics
  • Amount of persons that can form Guardian Multisig or Supreme Court Multisig
  • Voting delegation, and also allow entities to vote, but only by delegating their governance power to citizens
