Alliances

Any nation may create an alliance
It can be set to public (any nation can join) or private (joins need to be approved)
Alliance has a name and an icon (path)
No limit on the amount of nations
Member nations can be members or an administrator
Alliance also has a message wall that members may post on, and a shoutbox that alliance administrators can post on (like roblox groups)
