not sure where to post about this, but I was reviewing the WUSTL Xenium experiment bundle listed on the HTAN portal and noticed that one of the metadata attribute names (ROI name) is rendering incorrectly (as RO Iname), see attached screenshot. The data model csv has "ROI name" as the string so I'm not sure where the issue is arising.

other attributes appear to be mis-formatted as well including Percentof Transcriptswithin Cells, Transcriptsper Cell, Softwareand Version and others

Interesting, I wonder if this passed through validation and/or whether the data model accounts requirements there?

it might be worth sending this to Ino (portal lead) to investigate if its something on the portal side?

Suggest we check that these are correct in BOTH the csv and the jsonld
